Established April 2003 in collaboration with Archbuilt Construction and later on independently enter the industry due to the principal designer’s desire and passion in designing and construction field.

Hanmar Builders owned by Mr. Leovigildo Mariano, General Contractor and Principal Designer, who came from a family of well-experienced designers and contractors for decades.

Hanmar Builders started with the help of Ms. Anaflor Dujale-Mariano’s bright ideas in designing, who’s also a former Informatics Institute AutoCAD Instructress.

Hanmar Builders later evolved into a full-blown design-planning and construction company, that caters design, planning, CADD services and construction from small to big projects.
